Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 8, 2026

Welcome to Loxlite. Loxlite ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Loxlite website and API endpoints (collectively referred to as the "Service"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you:

  • Account Data: When you register for an account via Google sign-in, we collect your name, email address, and profile image. Billing information is collected when you subscribe to a paid plan.
  • Processed Data: As a form endpoint provider, we automatically process and temporarily store the payload data sent from your forms before routing it to your designated integrations (like Google Sheets or Webhooks). You own this data, and we act solely as a data processor.
  • Usage Data: We may collect information on how the Service is accessed and used. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
  • Cookies and Tracking Data: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

2. Use of Data

Loxlite uses the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including routing your form payloads.
  • To notify you about changes to our Service or your subscription tier.
  • To provide customer care, support, and necessary transactional emails.
  • To monitor the usage of the Service for performance and uptime optimization.
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or malicious spam traffic.

3. Data Processor vs. Data Controller

For the data submitted through your Loxlite form endpoints by your end-users, you are the Data Controller and Loxlite is the Data Processor. We only process this data according to your instructions (e.g., sending it to your Google Sheet). It is your responsibility to ensure you have obtained the necessary consent from your end-users to collect their data and transmit it through our infrastructure.

4. Data Retention and Security

The security of your data is of paramount importance to us. Form payloads exist transiently on our servers to facilitate routing. While we maintain a dashboard history of your submissions, we implement industry-standard AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Disclosure of Data

We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose your data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • Comply with a legal obligation or lawful government request.
  • Protect and defend the rights or property of Loxlite.
  • Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service.
  • Protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), such as cloud hosting providers, transactional email senders, and payment processors. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

7. Contact Us
